RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the items. Returns must be postmarked by 14 business days of the original purchase date.

YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF:

  • ITEM IS UNWORN, UNWASHED, + UNALTERED 
  • ITEM IS FREE OF STAINS, PET HAIR, + ODOR
  • ITEM WAS NOT MARKED FINAL SALE
  • YOU ARE INSIDE OF THE DATES FOR RETURNS LISTED ABOVE 

Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS include- sale items, door-busters, preorders, seasonal graphics, jewelry, hats, + accessories.

  • The customer is responsible for the return postage and we encourage you to use a shipping method that provides tracking information as Lady Mae Co. will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
  • What to include in return package - MUST include order receipt 
  • Once we receive the return please allow up to 5 business days for your store credit to be processed.
